“ACA and What's New for 2015"

Ted Kirchharr, Author of The Busy Business Owners’ Updated Guide to Health Care Reform, will discuss the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act in a manner that will be understandable to business owners.  Specifically, he will review sections of PPACA that are most relevant to business owners, including how to determine if a business is covered by the law, what “affordable coverage” means in practical terms, what coverage's are required to meet the minimum requirements test of the law.   Ted’s presentation will address in detail the many sections of the PPACA, to whom the section applies and implementation dates.  

“The Busy Business Owners’ Updated Guide to Health Care Reform”   is available in paperback or for Kindle on Amazon.com.   Note: A newer version of Kirchharr’s book, “The Busy Business Owner’s Guide to Health Care Reform: What You Need to Know in 2015” is in publication and will be available soon.
