This full-day symposium will bring together business leaders, HR professionals, and community partners to explore practical workforce solutions, employer services, and proven programs that support business success. The agenda includes insights from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida, Florida Foundation for Correctional Excellence, Arc Gateway, and ReEntry Alliance Pensacola, just to name a few.

Symposium highlights include:

Informational presentations on untapped talent pools such as opportunity youth, previously incarcerated individuals, and individuals with disabilities

Discussions featuring real-world, local employer-ready programs

Employer services and resources to support recruitment, retention, and tax credits

This program will be submitted for SHRM/HRCI credits.
